This server can/will start, stop, restart and wipe with or without notice!

This server is not ment to be played seriously on.

There is no VIP or perks for playing on this server unless otherwise stated by Gay Sparkly T-Rex.

IF YOU ARE BANNED ON DARK TALON TEST SERVER THIS WILL APPLY TO ALL DARK TALON SERVERS!!!

If you think you might be breaking a rule or about to break a rule ask an admin!
Don't use any types of hack, cheats, scripts or 3rd party tools to give yourself an unfair advantage against other.
No joking about hacking, cheating, scripting or breaking server rules.
Do not abuse glitches or game bugs such as rock bases, disconnecting / reconnecting to give yourself an advantage. If you are not sure ask.
Its rust but keep the shit talking "tame" and admin will let you know if your going too far.
No toxicity, racism, cyberbullying or encouraging self harm.
Do not communicate in such a way that could cause other players to leave our servers because you are there.
Do not play with or associate with players violating our rules. Be careful who you choose to play with. Your entire group can be punished for your actions.
No spreading of false information to cause trouble.
No spamming of in game chat or voice comms.
No advertising other servers/websites.
No nude or extremely graphic display pictures.
Please keep global chat to English. Staff may be unable to assist you ingame if your chat is not in English. We can work with broken English. If you cannot speak/type English please put in a ticket on discord.
While looting sleepers/open bases is allowed, continuously targeting the same player can result in removal from this community.

If your account has 3 or more VAC bans you will automatically be banned.
If you have more than 1 game ban you will automatically be banned.
If you have a game or VAC ban less than 365 days old you will get auto banned. The ban will automatically lift once your account reaches 365 days since its last ban.
If you have a Rust game banned account (even alt accounts) you will be banned from Dark Talon.
Anyone found to be associated with any cheating communities can and will be banned. Staff will NOT tell you how you were linked to cheating communities.
If you have an account that is banned on Dark Talon you are not allowed to join on an alt account. This is called ban evasion and will turn any temp bans into perm bans.
If you believe a ban has been placed by mistake you must join our discord, verify and then put in a ticket.
If characters in your name affect our admin tools you will be told to change your name. Failure to change your name to one that doesn't negatively affect our tools can result in a ban until a satisfactory name is chosen.

SAM sites can only be placed during the purge.
Turrets must be placed inside compounds and not able to shoot innocent players passing by.
Turrets that violate this rule will be removed without replacement. Repeat breakage of this rule can result in a ban.
If a player is killed within your compound their loot is yours and the gear will not be replaced.

ALL staff will have a hard coded tag. (OWNER, ADMIN, MODERATOR)
Any players falsely claiming to be staff while not actually being staff will be banned.
Staff can and do play on our servers, including during purge!
If you believe a staff member is abusing their permissions message Gay Sparkly T-Rex. DO NOT go off in global/general chats.
If you have a problem with Gay Sparkly T-Rex then feel free to play on another server.
